Shipping Policy

• We deliver across all governorates in Egypt.
• Delivery time: within 3 business days (Friday is not a business day).
• Shipping fee: EGP 70.
• Payment methods: Cash on Delivery (COD) or online payment through the website.
• We will contact you via WhatsApp or phone to confirm your order before shipping.
• Every piece is carefully packaged to arrive in the same condition it left us.

Exchange & Return Policy

We want you to feel completely confident in every AJNDA piece you own. Our policy is simple and direct.

Eligibility Window

You may request an exchange or return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Conditions

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.
• All accessories and original packaging must be included.
• Order number or invoice must be provided.

Who Covers Return Shipping?

• Change of mind (no fault in the product): the customer covers return shipping costs.
• Our fault (manufacturing defect, shipping damage, or item not as described): AJNDA covers shipping costs in full.

How to Request a Return

• Contact us on WhatsApp at 01115165604 within 14 days of delivery, including your order number and reason for the return.
• We will review your return request and respond within 2 business hours.
• Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process the refund within 3 business days.

Exceptions

• Used items or items missing original tags/packaging will not be accepted.
• Sale or promotional items may follow a different return policy, which will be stated at the time of purchase, if applicable.
